Let's get social !

Hey gang !
First big news : I opened a BANDCAMP page with a few of my game soundtracks available for download. More to come soon, but for now, you can get the OSTs from Fury of the Furries, Pac In Time, AlphaBounce, Fievel an American Tail, and more !
I also opened a FACEBOOK page... It's updated a LOT more frequently updated than this website !
And what happened since the last post ? Well, a lot !
I scored a few games : AlphaBounce (DSi), Pucca Noodle Rush (DSi), Rapala Pro Bass Fishing (DS/iPhone), Imagine Resort Owner (DS), Imagine Fashion Paradise (DS). More are in the works, I'll update you soon !
I also recorded and mixed a few albums for various metal bands. More info on my recording studio MYSPACE PAGE.
I also moved house, and I'm putting the final touch to my new studio !
And my band's new CD is going to be released very soon !

Il faut vivre avec son temps, et il faut se rendre à l'évidence : je n'arrive pas à maintenir ce site régulièrement... J'aurai pu vous parler régulièrement des 7 ou 8 jeux DS sur lesquels j'ai travaillé au cours des derniers mois (dont notamment, l'excellent "Mini Ninjas"). J'aurais pu aussi vous parler des groupes que j'enregistre, ou encore des concerts que nous avons donnés avec mon groupe. Mais voilà, les journées sont trop courtes, et entre mettre à jour ce site, et allumer la PS3, le choix est vite fait !!
C'est donc avec un train de retard que je découvre Twitter. Allez hop : www.twitter.com/elmobo. On verra bien ce que ça donne ! Je tâcherai d'y être plus prolixe, à condition que ça intéresse quelqu'un ! :)


Now that's a fact, I miserably failed at maintaining this website... I could have told you about the 7 or 8 DS games I've worked on in the past months (including the great "Mini Ninjas"). I could have told you about the bands I'm producing, or about the shows I played with my band. But days are too short, and instead of maintaining this site when I have a bit of free time, I'd rather switch my PS3 on !!

Back on the track (again)

A raison d'un post par an, je vais certainement pas saturer mon espace web... :P Bref... 2008 a démarré fort ! Pas moins de 7 jeux Nintendo DS (finis, en chantier ou à venir), un jeu Wii, et la bande son d'une série animée dont je vous parlerai plus tard. Alors après on s'étonne que je donne pas de nouvelles, mais c'est que j'ai moyen le temps moi... Tiens, sinon, pour les vieux, ceux qui se souviennent encore de la demo-scene, j'ai été interviewé par l'équipe du disk-mag "Hugi" pour le numéro 34. Allez, promis, je vais essayer de venir écrire un truc ici au moins une fois par mois, même si c'est pas très intéressant...


With one post a year, I'm not exactly close to filling my web space... Anyway, 2008 started as a very busy year for me. No less than 7 DS games (completed, in the works or forth coming), one Wii game and the complete soundtrack of an animated series for the TV. So no wonder why I'm not writing a lot here...
On another note, those of you who still remember what the demo-scene is might be interested to know that I've been interviewed by the good folks at Hugi diskmag. The online version is here.
That's it for today. I'll try to come and write a word or two here every month, even if I have nothing really interesting to say, ok ?

Et ben il était temps que je remette un peu ce bon vieux site à jour ! D'abord on commence par les news en français et en anglais (depuis le temps qu'on me le demande... :P). Les deux dernières années ont été plutôt calmes du côté musiques de jeux. J'ai bossé sur une dizaine de jeux pour téléphones portables (principalement des adaptations de vieux jeux amiga comme Another World, Cannon Fodder, Rodland, Nebulus...). J'ai surtout été très actif avec mon studio d'enregistrement (www.conkrete.com (français) or www.myspace.com/conkrete (anglais)) où sont passés une bonne quinzaine de groupes ces deux dernières années... Bref, il était temps de se remettre un peu aux choses sérieuses et de ne pas laisser ce site à l'abandon ! Alors go !

Hey Gang ! It's about time I refresh this dusty old website ! The past two years have been quite quiet on the news front... Well at least on the game music front. I've done about 10 mobile games soundtracks (mostly amiga games conversion like Another World, Cannon Fodder, Rodland, Nebulus..., yeah :)). I've also been very active in my recording studio (check here : www.conkrete.com (in french) or www.myspace.com/conkrete (english)) with about 15 bands in the past two years. Anyway, as I said, it's about time to put things back on the track and get this website back to life. So here we go ! More news very soon !
